We are currently accepting new patients. However, cleaning appointments are booking out 8-9 months .
Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in the Los Alamos area so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We have a 15-minute late policy, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then we will need to reschedule your appointment and there will be a fee for No Call, No Show or late cancellation.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Our office is a premier provider for Delta Dental, Cigna, and GEHA.
