Your first visit to our office is more than just an appointment—it’s the beginning of a relationship built on trust, comfort, and understanding. During this visit, we’ll take the time to learn about you, your medical and dental history, and your goals for your oral health. Just as importantly, you’ll have the chance to get to know your doctor and our team so you can feel completely at ease.
To help you prepare, we’ve outlined what to expect on this page. You’re welcome to save a little time by completing your new-patient forms before your appointment which should arrive to your phone via a secure linked text message. If you’d prefer to fill them out in person, simply arrive about 15 minutes early. Also, don’t forget to bring any dental insurance information so we can assist you smoothly.

We are proud to be a Delta Dental Premier Provider and are happy to work with most traditional insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, please give us a call—we’ll gladly help you verify.
For your convenience, we accept payment by check, cash, or credit card.
Please note that, unfortunately, we are not able to bill Medicaid or Medicare.
